Payment Terms
50% Deposit: We ask for a 50% deposit at the time of booking, transferred to us in advance via bank transfer.
Remaining Balance: The remaining balance is to be paid on the first day of your tour directly to your driver in cash.
Cancellation & Refund
Refunds for pre-booked trips will be paid out as follows:
- •45+ Days Notice: 50% of the deposit returned (including transfer fee).
- •30–45 Days Notice: 30% of the deposit returned (including transfer fee).
- •Under 30 Days: No deposit refund.
